Churning Goals

Look what I found! Perfect way to start a brand new month. I know it’s hard with the “stay at home” orders right now. But, what is one doable goal you can set for yourself in regards to your spiritual walk with our Savior Jesus Christ?

What are my possible doable goals for this month?

  • Read through the book of Psalms and Proverbs using “The Focused Life” Reading Plan.
  • Listen to more Christian teachings during the week.
  • Set aside time to spend in prayer.
  • Write consistently, as I spend time in the Word through our Ephesians study – which kicks off next week.
  • Create a night time routine that works best for me. With my needs in mind.

My April goals, which are most needed, include consistently writing and creating a night time routine. So that is my goal. I need to find my Joy in Christ. The best way to draw near is write as I read my Bible and learn how to begin sleeping at night.

What are some goals you have for the month of April? Be sure to share in the comments section below.

Even though our lives may look differently than usual. What if we used whatever we have to offer the Lord, to run to Jesus?

We will return our “normal” lives forever changed, because we are rooted in Christ. Christ exalting habits. Disciplined time in the Bible, prayer, and the kind of worship God seeks from His followers!

“Beloved friends, what should be our proper response to God’s marvelous mercies? I encourage you to surrender yourselves to God to be his sacred, living sacrifices. And live in holiness, experiencing all that delights his heart. For this becomes your genuine expression of worship.

Stop imitating the ideals and opinions of the culture around you, but be inwardly transformed by the Holy Spirit through a total reformation of how you think. This will empower you to discern God’s will as you live a beautiful life, satisfying and perfect in his eyes (Romans 12:1‭-‬2 TPT).”

    1. Absolutely! My two favorite include Dr. David Jeremiah and Revive Our Hearts Ministry. Last couple days, I have been having my heart moved to listen and benefit from the Revive Our Hearts podcasts and their current YouTube series “Grounded”. Links below =]
